At Wells Fargo, I studied checking-account behavior and worked with product teams on retention insights. At NeuralLens, customer discovery calls gave me a closer look at how people experience complex software.

I'm bringing that perspective to product design through independent, AI-assisted explorations. I'm based in New York and expect to graduate from Columbia in December 2027.
